Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Send back any item you have not opened or used within 30 days of it arriving and we refund what you paid for it.
Starting a return
Write to support@wlxonline.store with the order number and the items going back, and we reply with where to post them.
Good to know
- Returned pieces need to be unused and still in the box they came in.
- You cover the cost of sending a return, except when the piece was damaged on arrival or we packed the wrong one.
- Once the parcel reaches us, the refund goes to the card or account you paid with within five working days.
- We refund the original delivery charge only when the mistake was ours.
Breakages and mix-ups
If something turns up broken or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund it completely, postage included, and usually there is no need to post the broken piece back.
