This page sets out the personal details Wlx Online handles when you buy from us, and how they are looked after.
Details we hold
- For your order: the name, shipping address, email and phone number you give at checkout, so we can charge the order and get the parcel to you.
- For payment: cards are processed by our payment provider, and your full card number never reaches our systems.
- For the website: simple technical logs, such as which pages were opened, that help us keep the shop running and put problems right.
What the details are for
Fulfilling and shipping what you bought, replying when you write to us, dealing with returns and refunds, and keeping the records the law asks of a shop. Your details are never sold.
Who else sees them
Just two parties: the payment provider that takes the payment and the carrier that brings the parcel. Each may use them for that job alone.
How long they are kept
We keep order records only as long as tax and bookkeeping rules say we must, then remove them.
Your rights
Ask at any time for a copy of your details, a correction, or deletion where we have no legal duty to keep them. Write to support@wlxonline.store.
Cookies
The shop sets only the cookies it needs to hold your cart and your login. You can switch cookies off in your browser, though the cart then stops working.
